Recently relocated to the Tampa Palms area from Baltimore, Maryland. I am an accomplished business and property management professional with extensive experience leading multi-site operations, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional customer and team results. Proven track record in residential and commercial management, office administration, and business operations. I have more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, multi-site operations, and business administration. Over the course of my career, I have overseen portfolios totaling as many as 1,400 units at a time, spanning high-rise, mixed-use, garden-style, affordable, tax-credit, and conventional communities. I have led operations for respected organizations including Pennrose, Harbor Group Management, Wood Partners, Gables Residential, Dreyfuss Management, and Fairfield Residential.

My responsibilities have included driving operational performance, increasing NOI, managing complex budgets, leading capital projects, and ensuring compliance with HOME, Tax Credit, affordable housing, rent control, and other regulatory programs. I have also directed HR and office operations—covering payroll, benefits, licensing, insurance, and business development support. I am skilled at building strong, cohesive teams, elevating resident satisfaction, optimizing processes, and improving overall organizational efficiency.

I hold a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Investigative Forensics and Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, supported by additional bachelor's-level studies in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science at Bowie State University. I also completed real estate education through the Weichert Real Estate School and I am currently enrolled in a real estate course for the state of Florida. In addition to my academic background, I have earned professional certifications including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), SHCM (past), and Notary Public. My education has strengthened my analytical abilities, understanding of compliance and risk management, and overall effectiveness in property management and business operations.
