Lance has 20 years of experience recruiting Technical Operations & CMC in the Biotechnology industry. In his most recent role at Genentech, Lance was responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment at two large molecule manufacturing facilities and the scale-up of a state-of-the-art Clinical Supply Center. Before taking on his current position, Lance was in the role of a Strategic Sourcing Specialist developing and pipelining top talent for succession planning.
