I’m a passionate ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher and wellness coach. I'm trained in several modalities of yoga such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Ayurvedic Yoga and Yin. At the core of my work is a mission to help people align with their true nature and thrive.

Before embracing my mission to empower others in their healing journeys, I navigated through diverse work experiences including nearly a decade in international development and refugee work, spanning six countries across three continents.
Education
I have completed multiple certifications in yoga (300 hours) and Ayurveda (1600+ hours) as well as a Master's degree from the UN University for Peace and a Bachelor's degree from the American University of Paris.
