My clinical background includes serving as a Medical Assistant in high‑acuity surgical settings, where I supported pre-operative and post-operative workflows, maintained sterile environments, and assisted providers with procedures. In Pediatrics, I gained extensive experience in patient triage, immunization administration, and communicating effectively with both children and their families. Additionally, working in Occupational Medicine strengthened my abilities in patient intake, injury documentation, vitals, diagnostic workflows, and maintaining detailed and compliant medical records.

I bring a unique blend of clinical medical assistant experience and healthcare IT/EHR expertise, making me highly effective in both patient‑facing and technical support roles.

My background includes hands‑on clinical work in Pediatrics, Surgery, and Occupational Medicine, where I've developed strong skills in patient triage, vital signs collection, charting, immunizations, procedure support, and maintaining sterile technique. I’ve worked in fast‑paced environments requiring precision, compassion, and the ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

In Pediatrics, my provided supportive, child‑centered care, managed immunization workflows, and guided families through clinical processes. In Surgical Services, you assisted with pre‑op and post‑op workflows, prepared patients and equipment, and supported providers during procedures.  Occupational Medicine experience added strong competencies in injury assessment intake, compliance documentation, and working with employee health protocols.

Complementing the clinical background, I've also have experience as an Application Analyst, supporting EHR build, workflow optimization, and go‑live activities. I understand clinical processes from both sides—at the bedside and inside the electronic health record—allowing you to bridge communication gaps between clinical teams and technical staff.
