Angeles and various countries in Latin America.

• Managed 20+ staff/freelance and vendors. Conceptualized and supervised the execution of graphic

packages, sound design, On-Air promotions look for DIRECTV as a brand, and its supporting paid

movies, events and sports channels.

• Responsible for the creation, execution and On-Air monthly strategy of movies/pay- per-view

promotions, sports, special events campaigns, cross channels, interstitials, commercials, service

announcements and marketing support elements.

• Lead the in-house producers, creative directors and contractors to develop, create and produce

OAP & marketing campaigns for clients such as , MLB, NBA, NFL, ATP, World Cup and world soccer

tournaments to attract new subscribers.

• Collaborated with Disney Channel, Discovery and Discovery Health, Travel Channel, Playboy, HBO

among other DTV clients in the launch of their new channels, and special services.

• In charge of developing and maintaining the yearly budgets and the disbursement of creative and

operational resources.

• Collaborated with the Marketing and Branding department to develop and implement the creative and

structural guidelines for the on-screen use of the logo and other graphic elements that instituted the

brand, OAP and any other marketing/advertising initiatives.

• Key Achievements: After the first fiscal year at DIRECTV Latin America, conducted a market

study enabling the department to re-negotiated rates, deals and contracts all across in-house/

outsourced resources, for the creative, production, and postproduction, with an outcome of savings of

approximately $4 Million dollars over the period of 3 years, enabling us to rebrand our On-Air image, to

increase the production of promotions, and to expand our services to cross channels and marketing,

without a budget increase.

• Designed and re-structured the On-Air Creative department in the areas of creative, execution,

resource management and contracts.
