Having been behind the sewing machine since 2013 making evening garments and performance costumes, I am looking to offer my skills, services and experience to a team that is dedicated to helping people not only look but feel their best in order to take on whatever life throws at them. My number one goal is to bring dreams to life through the garments and costumes I create. 

• Freelance Fashion and Costume Designer [January 2018-Present]
  • HNH is the title I use when tasked with creating custom clothing and costumes for private customers/clients. I have years of self-taught and trained experience in garment and costumes construction such as evening gowns and dance costumes. 
  • Responsibilities included maintaining (but not limited to): 
    • 1) Illustrating designs according to customer specifications and desired appearance in a way that clearly shows details and style lines. 
    • 2) Customer pattern-making and Draping according to customers measurements and desired garment details. 
    • 3) Perform fittings and alterations during and after garment construction 
    • 4) Maintain clean and functional studio space (including basic sewing machine and serger maintenance).

• Sales Associate at Lady of the Lake [March 2021-Present]
  • Lady of the Lake is a store specializing in carrying spiritual, new age and religious gifts, goods and books. 
  • Responsibilities included (but not limited to): 
    • 1) Maintaining the sales floor by reorganizing, stocking and displaying merchandise 
    • 2) Running sales registers (manual price input) in a timely manner. 
    • 3) Booking and managing the store schedule for services offered. 
    • 4) Maintain and share information with customers regarding spiritual practices of multiple religions (historical and modern) along side new age information that customers may be seeking. 
  • My time at Lady of the Lake has reinforced my love for learning and sharing informations with customers and my team. Especially at a store like this one, sharing such information with others allows me to make deep connections with customers and even help guide them through spiritual and religious experiences in their lives.
• Creative Crew, Sales Associate & Instructor at Painted Earth [January 2016-May 2021]
  • Painted Earth is a paint-your-own pottery studio that offer customers the opportunity to customize pre-made pottery pieces and also offer various classes catered to both children and adults. 
  • Responsibilities include: 
    • 1) Maintaining a clean and functional studio-sales floor. 
    • 2) Provide customers with needed information regarding specialty paints and glazes, tools, the ceramic making process and even sharing artistic information. 
    • 3) Instructed/Managed classes with step by step instruction, answering questions about the project or general arts, maintain a clean classroom and managed/ordered supplies as needed.
• Gallery Docent at Mt. San Jacinto College Art Gallery [January 2016-May 2019]
  • Mt. San Jacinto College Art Gallery is tasked with allowing a space for students to be exposed to various forms of art and host events related to the arts and design associated with the college. Responsibilities include: 
  • 1) Maintaining the gallery floor with regular cleaning. 
  • 2) Handling of fragile art pieces (Sculptures, paintings, etc.) for packing, transportation or instillation as well as perform basic repairs to the gallery space. 
  • 3) Inventory, coordinate and process student applications for yearly student art showcase. 
  • 4) Provide tours and present to groups such as college students, guests and grade-school students.

I am currently in the process of completing the Certificate of Completion which demonstrates that I have finished all required coursework for Palomar College’s Fashion Design program. I am expected to complete this program no later than the end of 2025 with remaining classes being online classes. By the following year (2026), I am projected to complete my Associate of Sciences Degree at Palomar College in Fashion Design.
