I would consider myself to be a dynamic and results-driven professional with over 20+ years of experience in building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving return engagement. I'm adept at effective communication, conflict resolution, and fostering positive interactions that enhance customer and employee satisfaction and business success. I show up 15 minutes early and I don't leave until all of my tasks are done, even if it's past the end of day.
Education
I have a Sociology degree from the University of Oregon and interned as a Marriage Family Therapist following my graduation. I have had a plethora of jobs that have given me a wide range of skills and education. I have a deep understanding of the medical and insurance industry after spending nearly a decade at a medical practice where I was instrumental in it's early development and patient retention. I have 20+ years of customer facing service at restaurants both high end and fast casual, where I had to learn multiple different computer and POS systems. I have been a technical recruiter, where I further honed my interpersonal skills as well as my ability to sift through data online and in resumes to catch fraudulent applicants as well as determine the best candidates to proceed with. I was also a sales associate/partnership development for a gaming start up where I would communicate with people on Zoom from all around the world. There I learned the in's and out's of the gaming industry as well as learning new CRM's in the process. Currently I am an operations specialist with a freight forwarding company where I am the point of contact for 7 different companies and their 35+ shipments at any given time. I'm a well of knowledge in a great many things but am looking for the right position to fully utilize my creativity, energy, and passion.
