• Launched next generation AI Copilot for frontline workers - an industry first for service operations, resulting in a differentiated product offering bringing Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 together in less than 6 months modernizing the traditional field service product resulting it a hero placement during the August 2023 Frontline Marketing Moment across Microsoft. Since Aug 2023, 16% of all active D365 Field Service customers actively use M365 integrations, making it the fastest adopted product.

The field service approach is used as a template by multiple Dynamics product teams looking to integrate with M365 Chat.
• Reset product strategy and direction to align with cross company Industrial Metaverse vision leveraging generative AI (Copilot) & computer vision AI to infer insights within any physical space to make it actionable for enterprise customers. Reorganized product vision and roadmap to determine product-market fit by sharpening focus and co-innovating with enterprise customers determining appropriate pricing, go-to-market, and sales motions. Rethinking the Alexa experience by building personalized automations simplifying actions to set customers free to live life to the full by utilizing Artificial Intelligence, Smart Home, Internet-of-Things, Robotic Automation, and Natural Language Interfaces.
• Anticipate and build proactive CX increasing frequency of Alexa usage, particularly with ambient experiences via acoustic event detection (e.g., baby crying, water running), presence (i.e., knowing a person or animal is in area), sensors (e.g., air quality), and person identification. Grew Routines adoption from 11% of all Alexa active users to 18% within 4 months by improving core CX inspiring customers with new featured routines.
• Lead a team of product and program managers, data scientists, and analysts creating a 3-year vision approved by Alexa Senior Leadership with a concrete headcount growth plan to help customers increasingly automate their lives using machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches. Own the global P&L, product, and program capabilities of Business Prime within Amazon Business – the fastest growing business within Amazon ($25B). Grew a strong product management, program management, and data sciences across 3 continents.
• Built a global B2B membership program providing disproportionate value for businesses of all sizes in all Amazon Business marketplaces.  Worked backwards from B2B customer needs to deliver a unique “Prime” proposition to tap into a $2T global B2B procurement market. Business Prime already constitutes 40+% of global Amazon Business revenues and is growing 3X the overall business.
• Created a tiered Business Prime offering, GTM, and sales motion to address different customer segments ranging from sole proprietors, small and medium businesses, enterprises, and public sector entities with varied benefits relevant for each segment. Built a scalable engine and business model to provide 3rd party benefits from GoDaddy, Next Insurance, Qualtrics etc. as Prime benefits which is a framework followed by consumer Prime and other membership programs within Amazon.
• Scaled Business Prime program to eight countries within 2 years resulting in international growth eclipsing primary US market in just 15 months. Regularly represent Business Prime during keynotes, AR/PR briefings, customer forums, and Amazon STeam reviews. Successfully delivered Flagship and S-Team goals 4 years in a row.
