I am K.C. Budnik, an experienced educator and business professional with an extensive background in entrepreneurship, leadership, and organizational development, particularly within the hospitality and culinary industries. I have owned and operated two successful restaurants and served as a General Manager for a million-plus bakery corporation in California, giving me firsthand insight into the business side of food service and culinary operations. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development, I combine academic expertise with over a decade of real-world leadership experience. I’ve also founded and managed my current businesses in construction, design which further broadens the practical knowledge I bring to the classroom. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering curiosity, creativity, and collaboration while connecting course content to real-life business strategies.
