My name is Krystal and i am an LPN. 
I have been an LPN for 4 years. 
I have experience in long term care/ rehabilitation along with experience in the hospital setting on med-surg and telemetry. Prior to me becoming an LPN. I was a medical assistant for 6 years. I have experience in the office setting both clinical and administrative experiences. 
I am CPR and IV certified. 
I am reliable and dependable. 
I’m am passionate about people and I would say i have a soft spot in my heart for our geriatric patients. 
I love to know that my patients are safe , taken care of and that their interaction/experience with me is a memorable one.
