I love creating a memorable experience that’ll make guests want to come back, not only does it make them happy but myself as well because that builds more clientele by word of mouth and creates a positive, professional relationship with them. I’ve been in multiple forms of customer service and with all of the good, I’ve also had to deal with the difficulties that can come with unhappy guests. Instead of having transactional customer service, I keep it fun, light and airy within reason. I enjoy striving for better and seeing what I’m capable of achieving. I like to share my knowledge with other colleagues and I like to train new team members.
