My name is Kristin Gay, and I have dedicated my entire career to the hospitality industry. With a deep-rooted passion for events and delivering high-end experiences, I am currently working as the Catering Conference Service Manager for Mammoth Mountain Resorts. I firmly believe that my expertise and dedication make me an ideal candidate for this role.

Throughout my career, I have faced and overcome numerous operational challenges, particularly in managing venues accessible only via Gondola. I take pride in successfully orchestrating group events ranging from intimate gatherings of 10 people to large-scale events with 300 or more attendees. Currently, I oversee 49 diverse venues and conference rooms, catering to various groups such as Race Camps, donation fulfillments, Galas, Ski Clubs, Weddings, Celebration of Life ceremonies, VIP events, corporate retreats, and internal company functions.

In the early part of 2024, I am planning to relocate to San Diego. While I understand that my timeline might not align perfectly with this current role, I am eager to express my interest in future opportunities and establish a valuable connection with your company.
