About Kristel Richardson :

Sir or Ma’am,
I am currently an Events Manager at Stars and Strikes with over 12 years of managerial experience within a vast spectrum. I have craft and utilize my skills from Food and Beverage, Non-Profit Child Care, Accounting Firm, In-Home Healthcare and Family Entertainment Center.
While working with Scott’s Taxes Service, I provided office managerial skills with the daily functions of the office. This include managing payroll for five businesses and seven businesses’ accounts receivable. I called in with holdings to both federal and state, conducted accounting duties with the Quickbooks software. I supported the owner of the tax accounting firm with year round tax preparation using the Drake software.
While working for Florence Family YMCA. I assisted in the oversee of the Childcare department. I was active ChildCare Director went the Director was out. I conduct inventory for the department including placing food orders for the all day preschool department. I was the liaison between the staff, campers, and campers parents/Guardian. I was well equipped in the Microsoft software and CCC program for inputting our campers into the site database. I professionally conduct talent search and participate in the onboarding process for new staff, and campers.
While working with the Food and Beverage I provided my managerial expertise with Carolina Meadows with managing the staff with their performance of fine dining experience for the residents. My software was those of Microsoft. While at NCSU working at Lonnie Poole Golf Course I conducted inventory, onboarding, recruiting, scheduling, assistant in payroll errors sending information to the company’s payroll department. While working for Ovation cinema-grill/ AMC dine-in I was Assistant kitchen manager then got promoted to office manager were I worked with ADP, Oracle, Brassring Onboarding, Hotschedules,and Microsoft software. I conduct recruiting, inventory, onboarding, compliance, HR, payroll and daily Managerial duties.
While working with Right at Home, I conduct office assistant duties by helping the director of operations with inventory, recruiting, onboarding, daily task using clear care software and Microsoft software. I manage the staffing and scheduling for caregivers and clients while professionally provide a common sense of respect for both parties. I assistant with invoicing and care records for the business manager that handle payroll.
While currently as an Event Manager for Stars and Strikes I manage the oversee of all events that occur in the center. I use ADP for scheduling, and payroll. I conduct operational duties as inventory with in my department, staffing, finalizing on upcoming events with the proper staff. I correspond within and out of the company using Microsoft software.
