Krissy Roy Restaurant Manager/Experienced Bartender Misskmroy(@ gmail.com (727) 488-8284 Miller's Ale House 04/20/2021-Present Started off serving in the Saint Petersburg location and within a few months made my way onto the New Restaurant Opening team. From there opened a few locations where we were granted the opportunity to build connections within the brand and networked throughout. Was considered for management on the road, however, denied this to be closer to home. Transitioned into management and held the title of Head Coach of Corporate Training and admin, as well as maintaining departments and withholding the standards and expectations of Miller’s Ale House. Responsible for new hires within the restaurant and making sure they were set up for success whether the front of back of house (orientation, rules and regulations, uniform/ dress code standards and line builds as well as recipe adherence). Brainstormed areas of growth and creator of the idea of QR codes to establish and maintain networking platforms. Currently, company mandated. Responsible for timely schedules in multiple departments, sales and labor reports for the Seminole location. Assisted with inventory when the help was needed. Relied on for “A one” guest recovery, as well as unreasonable hospitality. Made sure all guest feedback was up to date within the Stars Merchant Feedback. Efficient in Crunch time, Microsoft Word and admin within the restaurant. Caddy’s On the Beach 02/2016-11/2021 One of the lead bartenders at this location. Quickly and thoroughly able to control high volume whilst multitasking service bar drinks for the entire restaurant. Was relied on for inventory and lead the chore of bar cleans. Took part in fundraisers and giving back to the community. Helped support the growth of team members with the idea of corporate standards within the walls of an independently owned business. Extension of management through micromanagement although, never accepted the position to shift lead nor desired an entry way into management when approached. Caddy’s On the Beach Rentals 01/2018-11/2021 Assisted in the upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment rentals and Airbnb’s for the Caddy’s brand in various locations. Responsible for maintenance and any guest related issues when needed during the time employed with Caddy’s.
