Kota Graziano

As a Project & Canvassing Director, I leverage my eight years of experience as a political consultant and canvassing director of operations to design and implement effective and innovative strategies for voter outreach, education, and mobilization. I have successfully managed multiple projects across different regions and states, working with diverse and dynamic teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

My passion for social justice and human rights motivates me to serve all communities and address the current economic and social issues that affect them. I have a strong background in speech communication and rhetoric, which enables me to communicate persuasively and respectfully with various audiences and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new ideas that can help me and my organization grow and thrive. 

I've been working in politics since 2016 starting with HRC and getting the marriage equality act passed. In the past eight years I have worked with various non-profits launching new offices, hiring and training staff. I've also been working on political campaigns for mayors in LA, congressman and governors in TX as well as ballot initiatives and voter registration efforts in Oregon, North Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin. 

Three bachelors degrees in communications; interpersonal communications, intercultural communications and persuasive rhetoric. Recently took my LSAT exams for the second time in attempts to attend law school.
