Kody Jones

Hello everybody and possibly future employers; my name is Kody Jones. I am 23 years old and originally from Louisiana. I began working at 18 and have built a strong work ethic through dedication and consistency. I am goal-driven, detail-oriented, and a quick learner who is always eager to grow and take on new challenges. I value open communication, understanding, and bringing positivity into any environment. I also enjoy being someone who can uplift others and keep the energy high.

I have over four years of experience in retail and customer service, with a strong background in leadership and team management. Starting as a cashier and sales associate, I quickly advanced into supervisory and team lead roles where I coordinated projects, mentored team members, and ensured smooth daily operations. My experience at Walmart and Dirt Cheap has equipped me with skills in customer service, inventory management, project planning, and problem-solving. I am highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining productivity and delivering excellent customer experiences.

For my most relevant education, I have some college. I attended UTD, before having to halt due to family member's illness. I graduated from Ponchatoula High School is 2020. That school is in located in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
