Hello, my name is Kirah. I’ve been working as a leasing agent for a little over a year and a half, and I’m looking to move forward in this career at a new establishment. I’m proficient in the use of Appfolio for property management and tenant portals, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer related tasks. When working directly with residents and applicants, I‘m skilled in the area of clear and fluent communication, and creating friendly but appropriate relationships that keep a positive atmosphere between management and residents. My ability to properly manage my schedule and time allows for consistent work flow and resident satisfaction; Things such as regularly following up on work orders and regular walk throughs of the property keeps everything on the right path. 

From my experience so far as a leasing agent I’ve gained a tremendous amount of knowledge, but I’m always eager and willing to learn more.

I have my high school diploma and plan to attend college soon, more than likely majoring in something real estate related.
