About Kindra Parks:
As a Psychiatric Mental Health nurse practitioner, Kindra has spent her early career managing severe disabling mental illnesses including schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. She believes that a collaborative and therapeutic relationship rooted in respect is the foundation of mental health care.
Experience
Serves as a psychiatric provider on the Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team, delivering comprehensive care to adults with severe and disabling mental illness (SDMI). Responsibilities include psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management across clinic, home, and telehealth settings. Maintains compliant documentation, provides staff training and family consultation, and precepts graduate psychiatric nurse practitioner students.
