Leading a project to develop a new performance comparison tool, used by our engineers to determine if their patch has caused a performance regression  • Leading a team of three engineers

Performance Test Engineer 

January 2020 - June 2022 (2 years 6 months) 

Regularly organizes discussions on culture of performance, working with engineers to identify 

pain points in performance testing and developer experience. Author prioritized lists of tasks to 

improve developer experience. Adding functionality to performance test harnesses and 

dashboards. Updating third party tools used in test harnesses and refactoring code as necessary. Mentoring and onboarding new hires, providing the support they need to be successful. Regularly improving and updating documentation. 

Accomplishments: 

● Proposed several solutions to improve developer experience and assisted other 

engineers in implementing them. 

● Improved and updated page load tests, providing more realistic results. ● Authored two blog posts on page load tests and mitmproxy work.
