Kimberly Robinson

Welcome!  I’m Kim — though most people know me as Kimmy! I’m an energetic, people-loving professional with a strong background in customer service and administrative support. I enjoy helping others, solving everyday tech challenges, and keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Most recently, I worked as a Customer Service Support Specialist at Phylises IT in Philadelphia, PA, where I spent two wonderful years assisting clients with their devices and networking issues. From troubleshooting tech malfunctions to delivering fast, friendly solutions, I loved being the go-to person who could make someone’s day a little easier!

Before that, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at Hessert Chevrolet in Philadelphia. As the welcoming face of the service department, I greeted customers, organized service receipts, kept track of PA State Inspection and Emission stickers, managed supplies, and supported the management team. I also loved adding a personal touch by organizing holiday parties, birthday celebrations, and Employee of the Month recognitions — keeping team morale high and the workplace full of smiles! 

With a blend of tech know-how, organization, and enthusiasm, I bring positivity and heart to every role I take on. 

I’m a proud graduate of Edison High School in Philadelphia, PA, and continued my education at Esperanza College of Eastern University, where I built a strong academic foundation while gaining hands-on experience through various internships. During my studies, I had the privilege of learning from inspiring mentors such as Brett Thomas of Brett Thomas Photography and Alex Cruz, the former Lead Counselor for college applicants — both of whom helped shape my professional growth and creative perspective.

Always eager to expand my skill set, I’ve earned several certifications to stay well-rounded and tech-savvy, including a Google IT Support Certificate through Coursera, a Home Health Aide Certificate, and AED & CPR Certification.
