• Supervise the architectural drafters' work, and ensure that the drawings are approved by the building department.

•Prepare and present full project detailed design proposals to clients, this includes:
- General Construction plans (GC)
- Plumbing plans (PL)
- Mechanical plans (MS)
- Demolition plans (DM)
- Site Safety plans (SSP) 
- Builders Pavement plans (BPP)
- Street tree plans (ST)
- Fence plans (FN)
•Prepare 3D images & diagrams visualizations.
•Help clients with project planning to optimize profitability.
•Manage projects to ensure client deadlines were met.
