Kimberly Hardaway

I am a previous 2010 graduate from Webster University's graduate program. My major was Human Resources Mangement. After I graduated, I moved back to Louisiana to help my father out with his Construction company Hardaway Properties. I started off as an HR Recruiting Assistant and worked my way up to Lead HR Recruiting Assistant. This is a very small company owned by Mr. Fred Hardaway. I work under the direction of the HR Manager and some of my duties include: Compensation and benefits, Recruitment, Onboarding and training, Exit interviews. On a daily basis, I gather up resumes sent from prospects for our open positions. I usually contact our prospects either by email or telephone. I compare their resumes to our open positions and contact them for a initial phone screening. After their screening, I direct them to have a interview or talk with the manager. Some hiring platforms that I use is local job boards, social media or word of mouth.
