As a 19-year business education teacher and department chair. I’ve led strategic initiatives that drive student success, certification completion, and retention in our program. My role involves overseeing instructional design and integrating technology that enhances both classroom and remote learning experiences. I actively collaborate with faculty and administration to identify, implement and optimize digital tools that improve student engagement, streamline assessments, and support personalized learning. Through collaboration with faculty and leadership, I ensure our department aligns with the latest educational technologies and best practices, supporting personalized future-ready learning. With expertise in learning strategies and instructional technology, I am ready to bring my passion and experience to a broader, technology-focused role, enabling impactful, future-forward educations solutions. I have dedicated 19 years to teaching business education, demonstrating a strong commitment to shaping the minds of future business leaders. In addition to my classroom teaching, I have expanded my reach as an online business instructor, adapting to modern educational platforms and engaging students in a virtual environment.

As an FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) advisor, I have shown dedication to extracurricular activities, mentoring students in developing leadership skills, and preparing them for business careers. In my role as a department chair, I have taken on leadership responsibilities, overseeing curriculum development, managing departmental operations, and supporting my colleagues in delivering high-quality education.
