I am a British Citizen with 10yrs experience in managing workers' compensation claims.

I pride myself in working well with today's complex claims to meet a resolution that satisfies the client, injured worker and adjuster.

With a thorough initial assessment and attention to both the physical and psychological aspects of the claim I have been able to successfully provide closure to many claims 

I do not believe in short cuts and suboptimal treatment and endeavor to trat the injured worker as a whole person.

Many guidelines are ignored and add unnecessary cost as well as the trend to just complete the “normal”. Try to think outside the box and draw on other professionals for objective feedback.

I started my nursing career in a spinal and plastic surgery post anesthesia care unit.

I came to the United States with my husband and obtained my nursing licence in California.

I have worked pediatrics, ambulatory care and in a residential trade school for disadvantaged youths. Approximately 10 years ago I started my journey in Workers compensation. Working both in Case Management companies and a large TPA. I find the TPA environment to be more satisfactory secondary to more cohesive team work.

My most relevant education has been acquired throughout my nursing career giving me the ability to assess patients quickly and accurately.

Diploma in Nursing .Aylesbury Vale School of Nursing.

Obtaining California registration 1993.

2020 obtained CCM certification.

Obtained certification in post anesthesia nursing from UCLA.

Started primary Care Clinic from ground up including implementing EMR.
