With nearly ten years of experience in recruiting, I have worked in various roles. My most recent position was as a Talent Acquisition specialist for a government contractor, where I collaborated with numerous government agencies such as USDA, FDA, IRS, TSA, and USAF. I have a diverse range of experience in recruiting for Tech, Sales, Healthcare, finance, science, logistics, and more. Having worked both as an in-house recruiter and for staffing agencies, I am familiar with a wide range of talent acquisition techniques. I am adept at utilizing technology like social media and job boards to source candidates, but I am also comfortable with more traditional methods like cold calling, referrals, and leveraging professional connections to find the right candidate for the job.
