Kevin Kim

My name is Kevin ad I am 20 years old and a part time student. My goal right now is to find a job I can feel complete with knowing that I am helping others as my current degree is in medical studies. I have lots of hobbies, but my favorite would have to be just relaxing at home playing video games with friends. 

In my past two job experiences I have handled highly confidential information that required extensive background checks and clearance to make sure that any information I see is not being spread causing PII incidents. I have many years of experience in fields where I talk to people directly and over the phone. I am highly proficient in my work that I commit myself to and can work under pressure. Working at Allied First Bank as a Loan Originator, it taught me a lot about how to talk to people over the phone and not sounding like a robot. Making the client over the phone feel comfortable about their finances and refinancing. This includes selling new clients our services and keeping track of data and document reviews. At my current job all I am allowed to say is I am a remittance processor due to the NDA and job nature. One of my main skills however was being a Team Leader and completing management training at Harkins. Being able to supervise and guide about 30 employees and teaching them what to do.
