• Gained advanced knowledge of requesting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from large data sets to determine root causes and offer suggestions. for enhancements to improve data integrity for Federal Reporting with the MiSACWIS Project.
• Attained advanced knowledge of the MiSACWIS and CCWIS software systems, including innovative improvements to assist frontline staff. These are the software systems used by Children’s Services Specialist throughout the State of Michigan.
• Participating in, and when necessary, leading meetings with internal and external stakeholders to successfully provide deliverables that are on-time, practical for the end-user, and within budget.
