Experience

With over 15 years of experience, I have developed a rich and diverse career as a leader in the nonprofit sector, organizational development, and entrepreneurship. I have successfully held key roles in strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement, often serving as a driving force behind initiatives that align resources with impactful missions. As a Co-Executive Director and consultant, I have led comprehensive organizational assessments and multi-year strategy planning processes, resulting in transformative campaigns, operational improvements, and significant financial investments. As the founder and co-director of Lang De Moun Mon (LDMM), a membership-based wellness and arts hub, I have cultivated a space that fosters connection, healing, and creativity. I’ve designed and implemented innovative membership models, led successful community-building initiatives, and developed strategic partnerships that amplify impact. My expertise in relationship management has also extended into philanthropy, where I’ve stewarded high-net-worth donors and created compelling cases for support, raising significant multi-year funding for mission-driven organizations.

My entrepreneurial spirit is further reflected in my passion project, Sacred Table, a garden-to-table culinary experience that bridges sustainability, culture, and artistry. For nearly two decades, I have explored the intersection of food, community, and storytelling, creating opportunities to celebrate shared values and inspire action. This blend of visionary leadership, operational expertise, and creative innovation has defined my professional journey and continues to fuel my commitment to driving meaningful change across sectors.
