Adult  endocrinologist with extensive practice experience in a wide variety of settings and among various populations, from the Bay Area to Thibodaux Louisiana, among both affluent and underserved populations with high rates of diabetes including Hispanic and Cajun Populations. I am fluent in Spanish.I have an aggressive approach to cases of difficult to manage diabetes including a strong emphasis on use of insulin pumps and CGM devices as well as the newest medications for type 2 diabetes and obesity. I have broad experience in all areas of adult endocrinology including thyroid, pituitary, adrenal, gonadal, parathyroid and metabolic bone disorders and osteoporosis, my practice approach is patient centered.

I have worked as a clinical endocrinologist in a variety of settings including solo and group private practices, managed care, hospital employed, and military.
