Bachelor's degree in social work, providing a strong foundation in human services and advocacy, and a master's degree in public administration, emphasizing leadership, policy and organizational management. This combination equips me with both the people centered perspective and the executive skills necessary to design, manage and evaluate programs that drive community impact.
