I’m a young budding Journalist with a passion for research, storytelling and crafting creative experiences to engage and inspire. I want to deliver content that resonates, captivates and leaves a lasting impression. Journalism is exciting as it is one of the ways we are able to move conversations forward by bringing challenging subjects to the forefront of viewers. As an ambitious self starter, I can help organizations repackage existing content and collaborate in developing and driving new content forward. I am interested in opportunities within Broadcast Journalism, Digital Media and Communications.

As a recent undergrad at Grand Valley State University with a B.A. in multimedia journalism and a minor in French, I believe I am an expert and gifted candidate for this Digital Media Editor position. 

As a student at Grand Valley State University, I had been educated for four years in journalism and the attributes of news reporting, writing and video editing. From my experience, I have grown a passion for sharing news-worthy content in an engaging format. Within my internship role at WGVU and NPR Public Media, I had been able to excel within my ability to strengthen my presentation skills and better demonstrate proficiency in production.
