I’m a builder, operator, and impact investor focused on helping mission-driven ventures grow and scale. Over the past two decades, I’ve founded and led startups at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and social innovation—always with an eye toward leveraging technology to create measurable impact and long-term value.
Right now, I’m co-leading CataCap, a platform unlocking philanthropic capital—including donor-advised funds and foundations—for direct investment in ventures tackling climate, equity, and systemic change. We’re building tools that make private investing more inclusive and mission-aligned.
Previously, I co-founded and led companies like iReuse, Impactree, Arizay, and the Impact App Challenge, each focused on advancing environmental or civic solutions through software, partnerships, and community engagement. Along the way, I’ve supported other founders as an advisor and executive coach—especially those working in climate tech, fintech, and social good.
While I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition over the years, what drives me most is the opportunity to support people and ideas working toward a more just, resilient, and regenerative future.
Areas of focus:
🌱 Climate & Sustainability Innovation
💡 Impact Tech & Inclusive Investing
🤝 Startup Leadership & Ecosystem Building
🚀 Helping early-stage teams go from concept to launch
Experience
As Co-Founder of CataCap, I lead the charge to unlock over $230B in Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) and channel this capital into high-impact ventures tackling climate change, gender equity, and social innovation. I spearheaded the development of CataCap’s investment platform, built cross-sector partnerships, raised capital for thematic funds, and continue to shape strategy and outreach through talks, investor sessions, and product innovation.
Beyond CataCap, I serve as Executive Director of Impactree Foundation, where I’ve launched national initiatives like the Impact App Challenge to empower youth changemakers. I’ve led philanthropic strategy, nonprofit operations, and the development of a new Impact Investing App. I also founded and continue to run the Impact App Challenge, mentoring student teams and building partnerships to scale social entrepreneurship education.
Previously, I founded iReuse, a pioneering SaaS platform for corporate sustainability, which was acquired after 15 years of growth. I’ve advised impact ventures and funds across climate, fintech, and civic tech, and held leadership roles at startups like eBenefits and Oracle. Across every chapter, I’ve remained focused on building platforms that align purpose, product, and capital to drive systemic change.
