Very enthusiastic and carry a deep desire to build up people and processes.   From professional to my personal life, I gain fulfillment by seeing positive results from my actions.   This has aided me well in my 25 years of professional success in a rental fleet environment and within the department that I have had direct stewardship over.   I believe in being part of something greater, bringing value and exceeding expectations, all the while seeking for ways to grow, learn and have continued successes in life.   

I have had over 20 years of experience in being a Regional Vehicle Repair Operations department manager for Enterprise Mobility.   Direct oversight included day to day management of claims review, approval and follow up.  In addition to being a department head that included 6 service centers that encompassed over 20 support employees, I managed processes that partnered with external community repair businesses that supported minimizing downtime of company assets to help maximize profits.  

Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing management from Arkansas State University.
