Throughout my career, I have led small, mid-sized, and large teams across diverse industries, overseeing functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, union management, union avoidance, developed and delivered Leadership Trainings, HRIS systems, training and development, and change leadership just to name a few. These experiences have not only honed my ability to build high-performing teams but also cultivated a deep understanding of the evolving challenges and opportunities within human capital management.
