About Kelcy Henrique:

I am a clinical pharmacist working in the Emergency Room at an Academic Medical Center focusing on geriatric patients. I complete comprehensive medication reviews, provide education, post-discharge follow-up phone calls, and assess appropriateness of medications based on dose, adverse effects and indication. In addition, I Identify potentially inappropriate medications in older adults and/or gaps in therapy and communicate any interventions to care providers. My personal goal is to make a difference in patients’ lives by utilizing my compassion, patience and drive to provide personalized and quality care.

Experience

I spent 4 years working as a pharmacy intern at CVS Pharmacy, then went on to complete an Ambulatory Care/Specialty Pharmacy residency at Dartmouth-Health. After residency I started as a Clinical Pharmacist in the Emergency Room at Dartmouth-Health 

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy received from MCPHS University in May 2020
