• Operations Manager for wholesale distribution center serving over 1550 retail businesses

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and supervise team members; promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Supervised 60 employees, including delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and all additional support staff.

• Prepared and conducted yearly performance evaluations for all employees.

• Supervise daily activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Monitor driver performance, conduct ride-along, and provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed.

• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
