As a Sr test engineer my responsibilities included leveraging and implementing Silicon test development strategies on ATE, bench, Wafer to achieve 100% satisfactory results, provided solutions to enhance design at various stages of development and debug cycle, orchestrated team to achieve revenue growth goals.
