She currently serves as Director of Paid Media at REV77, where she leads a team responsible for managing over $10 million in annual ad spend across platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn. Her expertise includes strategic marketing plans integrating SEO, OTT, and programmatic advertising, GA4 migration, AI-driven automation, and audience targeting. Previously, Kayla co-founded REV77, establishing its search advertising infrastructure and driving growth from inception. Her tenure at TEGNA saw her managing a $18 million advertising budget, overseeing a team of 15, and implementing quality assurance processes that significantly reduced human error.

Her technical proficiencies span platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Tag Manager, META, TapClicks, and GA4. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University.
