I began my journey at Dirty Dick's Crab House in 2013 as a hostess, quickly discovering a passion for hospitality and guest experience. Over the years, through dedication, leadership, and a strong work ethic, I worked my way up through multiple roles within the company. I advanced to Retail Manager, where I oversaw daily operations and merchandising for the store, and later stepped into the role of Front of House Manager, leading service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences. In addition, I have taken on the responsibilities of Bar Manager, managing staff, inventory, and ensuring high standards of service. My career reflects my commitment to growth, team leadership, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
