I’m an Outgoing person but only when spoken to. I’ve been in The front lines of guests and servicing them for about 6 years now. I work in many different areas in New York so I‘ve interacted with all kinds of different people and different situations.

I know some people don’t really like being in the face of other people especially guests who might be a little difficult but I honestly love a little challenge to my day. however at the end of any interaction I always make sure the guest is happy and the situation whether big or small is resolved with the best solution 

I have my associates degree and I am currently in process of getting my bachelor’s in John Jay
