Kayla Frederick

Kayla Frederick is a graphic designer with experience spanning academic, freelance, and media-based environments, where she has contributed to branding, editorial layout, promotional campaigns, presentation systems, and photography. Her work includes developing cohesive visual identities, producing print- and digital-ready assets, managing social media content, and supporting cross-functional teams through organized, detail-oriented execution. She has collaborated with faculty, marketing teams, admissions departments, and independent clients, balancing creative ideation with production accuracy and brand consistency. In addition to design, Kayla brings experience in event coordination, mentorship, and community engagement, strengthening her ability to communicate ideas clearly and build meaningful professional relationships.

Kayla has a bachelor of science degree in graphic design from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul. She also completed a minor in studio art, and has experience from marketing, advertising, education, and journalism courses.
