I have several years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry, supporting cross-functional teams through all phases of a project. I’ve managed timelines, tracked budgets, coordinated with stakeholders, and handled project documentation to ensure everything stays organized and on schedule. My background includes coordinating renovation projects across 40+ hospitality properties, processing vendor pay applications and invoices, and managing the distribution of insurance claim funds for over 130 locations. I’ve also supported new customer onboarding by preparing client-facing materials and setting up internal systems. I’m highly organized, adaptable, and focused on keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
