As a marketer, manager, and event planner, I find myself at the intersection of creativity and strategy. I am a results-driven professional with a strong background in member services, event planning, logistics coordination, and merchandising. My experience spans the hospitality, retail, and travel industries, where I’ve built a reputation for fostering meaningful relationships, managing complex projects, and creating exceptional experiences for members and partners.

In my current role as Director of Member Services at WESTA, I oversee all aspects of membership engagement, marketing communication, and event planning for a network of over 200 member agencies. I lead efforts in organizing large-scale trade shows and travel summits, managing strategic partnerships, and developing initiatives that strengthen member value and collaboration.

Before WESTA, I worked as a Planning and Logistics Coordinator at Corwin Beverage, where I was responsible for coordinating travel logistics, supporting internal events, and working closely with industry stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful meetings.

Earlier in my career, I held roles in retail management, including Merchandising Supervisor at Coca Cola and Sales Account Manager at Coca Cola, where I led teams, drove sales, and contributed to visual merchandising strategies.

Throughout my career, I’ve taken pride in my ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong connections, and deliver high-impact results. I'm passionate about creating positive, efficient, and collaborative environments that support both team and organizational goals.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from University of Phoenix. In addition, I am pursuing my Post-Bach in Wildlife Conservation and Management through Oregon State University and my Master of Arts in Contemporary Communication through Notre Dame of Maryland University.
