I am a fast learner and multitask individual with 25+ years of experience including leadership in mortgage collections/banking for a high volume fast paced call center environment. I am a people person who loves problem solving and goal oriented. I adapt to change and I am a hardworking, dedicated person who can be a great asset to your company given the opportunity.

I have experience in numerous applications including word, excel, power point and word. My field of expertise is cashiering application of payments, mortgage collection and foreclosure processing.  I also have account resolutions asset recovery collections in banking for credit cards, charge offs, repossessions, line of credit auto loans, negative shared, checking and savings accounts

My level of education is GED I also have attended Toast master and university of leadership.
