I’m a strategic operations leader and business consultant with over 40 years of experience spanning retail management, customer advocacy, and organizational transformation. My journey began in department stores—leading teams in children’s apparel, cosmetics, and administrative operations—where I honed my skills in merchandising, mentorship, and complaint resolution. I later founded PAHI to drive national renewal initiatives, blending curriculum design, legal empowerment, and government contracting strategy. Today, I specialize in helping organizations navigate change, build equitable systems, and translate customer service into platforms.

My most relevant education blends formal training with lived experience and strategic application. I’ve completed specialized coursework in medical coding, legal empowerment, and curriculum design—each reinforcing my ability to navigate complex systems and advocate for community renewal.
