With over twenty years of experience in office management, customer relations, and administration, as well as spending the last decade doing freelance graphic design, community outreach/event planning, and social media marketing, I have developed a versatile skill set that aligns perfectly with the responsibilities of this role. As an independent Graphic Designer, I have collaborated with clients to create dynamic branding assets for print, web, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards. In addition, I have a strong background in office management, where I streamlined administrative processes and improved workflow efficiency. My customer relations experience has enabled me to build strong client relationships, address inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. I have received in-depth training in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with coursework in typography, color theory, and digital photography. These technical skills, combined with my creative abilities and strategic mindset, have consistently driven success in campaigns, improved engagement, and delivered measurable ROI, while also ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client service.  I am currently working as an Administrative Assistant at Pinehurst Medical Clinic for Dr. David Cowherd.

I studied Art and Sociology at UNC- Asheville in my early college career.  I wasn't able to complete my degree at that time, however I have continued to use that knowledge in my career.  I decided that I wanted to finish my degree and get a Bachelor's in Marketing/Graphic Design after many years of doing it independently out of a personal passion for design and outreach.  I will graduate next year.
