 Responsible for designing and implementing curricula for all courses taught that align with the MA State Curriculum Frameworks and are subject to annual A.P. course audits 

 Spearheaded the A.P. program for the Department of Fine & Performing Arts 

 Mentored, trained, and evaluated new art teachers utilizing daily check-ins 

 Assisted in the development of Real-World Problem Solving (RWPS) for all juniors 

 Held the position of Reading Public Schools K-12 Fine Arts Curriculum Leader 

 Acts as the RMHS Photography Club Advisor 

 Sought out and maintains valuable partnerships with world-famous animators, graphic and industrial designers, and photographers to provide real-world projects and feedback 

 Collaborates closely with art educators in the development of portfolios for art school-bound seniors

 Volunteers time on both the Reading Public Schools Professional Development Committee and RMHS Internal Schedule Review Committee 

 Helped develop the Digital Media Innovation Career Pathway (ICP) that launched in 2023-2024 

 Created all promotional/informational materials for RMHS’s Innovation Career Pathways (ICP) 

 Promoted the importance of the history of photography in this digital age through an interview/news story on WHDH Channel 7 News 

 Brought local photographers to the school to teach and engage (hands-on) students in the historical process of wet collodion photography, created in 1851 

 Recipient of grants through the Reading Education Foundation in 2010, 2011, and 2022, totaling over $15,000 for the department
