I have owned and operated my own dog trianing business as well as being a riding instructor for Rafter 7C Ranch. I teach classes, organize paperwork, and maintain a professional business with all fo our clients. On a daily basis I teach group classes to adults or children to encourage cosntant growth and teamwork. 

During my teaching at Rafter 7C Ranch I instruct children in horseback riding lessons while maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. I have also trained horses in proper riding and handling techniques to ensure safety and skill development; while maintaining a high safety standards for both students and horses, following strict guidelines to prevent accidents. I have enforced communication directly with clients on a weekly basis to provide progress updates, schedule adjustments, and answer any questions. Finally, I fostered strong, lasting relationships with parents and clients through regular communication and exceptional service.

I founded and managed a dog training business, providing behavioral training and personalized plans for a wide range of client needs. Through this bsuiness I organized and followed through with multiple classes, handling over 10 dogs per session while ensuring a focus on individual needs. This also included specialized one-on-one training, customizing approaches to suit each dog’s temperament and training requirements.During this time I ensured safety standards were met for both dogs and clients throughout all training sessions, minimizing risk and maximizing effectiveness. It was also necceassary to keep credentials up to date by attending training seminars and workshops, continuously improving my knowledge and skills. Additonally, I placed 7th in the nation in my division, demonstrating competitive skill and success in the field of dog training. As with my current job, I communicated directly with clients on a weekly basis to update them on their dog's progress, address concerns, and refine training approaches. Lastly, I handled business operations, including scheduling, financial tracking, and client communication, resulting in consistent client retention and satisfaction.

I have completed my Associates Degree of Interdisciplinary from Liberty University with a major of Business Communications. I have completed this degree through maintiaining a 3.6 GPA.
