Quality Assurance:  In my positions with both Fairchild Medical Center and Siskiyou County Office of Education, one of the primary goals included quality assurance.  We conducted ongoing assessments to insure we were meeting the needs and objectives of both the clients and the organization.  This included verbal and written communication with all parties involved, review of collected data, and understanding what and why data was collected, what corrective action needs to developed.

I worked very successfully with clients that were diverse in both socio-economic and diverse backgrounds. 

In both Fairchild Medical Center and Siskiyou County Office of Education positions, process and policy standards including eligibility for services were an essential part of our requirements. Verbal and written communication with leadership was also an important component of our services.  We were required to have written documentation to support our assessments, quality and compliance recommendations.  Leadership positions were included in proposed solutions and corrective actions to issues that were encountered. 

I am proficient in accurate and complete electronic/digital file maintenance as a key component in documentation in our current client service environment.  I also have experience in all Microsoft digital applications.

I have developed good verbal communication skills with both clients with diverse backgrounds and  management personnel due to the wide variety of communication levels between leadership staff, students with special educational needs, elderly patients, and individuals that may not easily understand the verbal terminology of medical or educational professionals.
