Kate Walsh

Currently living and working in Boston but looking to relocate and open to work opportunities in HR! 

After graduating from Boston College at the beginning of the pandemic, I started a job as a middle school teacher in Chicago through a program called the Alliance for Catholic Education at the University of Notre Dame. This was a two-year service and leadership program blending teaching in an under-resourced Catholic school and studying for Master’s degree. Upon completion of my degree, I moved to Boston to work at a nonprofit called the Catholic Schools Foundation to deepen my understanding of equity in education and grow professionally.

I attended Boston College for my undergraduate degree in English and Hispanic Studies. I received my M.Ed from University of Notre Dame while simultaneously teaching Middle School English, 5th Grade Religion, and 5th Grade Reading.
